RoundUp - DVE Tests and Results

There really wasn't much to test from this. As you can see the G200 uses more of the system to do the video processing.  But the G400 Obviously improved the streamlining and made it a bit more less of a resource hog.  The MillenniumMAX-RRGS combo suprised me, it was more efficient then either marvels.  The reason it shocked me was because it uses the PCI bus to communicate with the G400MAX. The Marvel talks directly to the core from onboard links.

Stability is really where the Marvels show their glory. You can bash and beat on them and you will not see a glitch, dropped frame, corruption, nothing.  The Rainbow Runner is EXTREMELY touchy. It doesn't like to play back recorded Mjpegs near as much as the Marvel does, it also is exposed to more interference then the Marvels because of the 2 ribbon wires and the fact that the tuner is in the PC and not in a BoB (Break Out Box).
