Yes I am a bastard.. I forgot to take pic's of building this part :( I labeled it so you can see what goes where. In this pic only the pump switches are in. In Parallel with the out going pump wires, I put the Lamps for each pump.

I am starting to wonder wtf I was doing.. I didn't get pic's of a lot of this stuff even though I thought I did... Oh well. In the pic below you can see how its all wired. the 3 high current 3 conductor AC lines are the Main power in, and then the 2 PSU Power runs back to the 2 PSU's. The pump s are powered off the "Cooling" PSU switch ( the inside one). Also as I have had one person ask "Does it need to be grounded?" OH HELL YES.. if you short a 110v run, atleast it will short to ground then, and not to you.

Below is a big view of the wiring.- ( the PSU 2 run just curls around by the others, its not running back top the switch's.)

Here you can see it installed. Eventually I tucked the AC run from the PSU 1 up and out of the way. the 2nd PSU wasn't wired up for many weeks after this to allow me room to work in the case.

The Pelt Power Connections -
|

Funny enough these were JUST completed in the last few days of the project. They aren't hooked up to anything and are basically just 2 high amp 12v switches waiting to be used for Pelts.

I bundled all the wires for the pelt switches into a nice split loom wire wrap. I also sent the corresponding Thermal probes. down with them ( you can see them coiled up in the pic above the connectors.

So what does this panel do? The 2 Nurses are for reading the Core CPU temp under the pelts ( since the DigiDoc cant read too cold). This way I can easily see which pelt is on and what temp the core is at. I will be using the DigiDoc to read the hot sides or the water blocks on the pelts.

CompuNurse Power Connections -

I can't take credit for this one cause the boys at Speedy3D posted a lil something about this a while ago, but it gave me the idea for a central power source for all the Nurses. OK I am a bastard once again and don't have pic's of what I did inside the nurses. All I did was solder a wire onto the + and the - side of the battery holder, drilled a small hole and fed the wires through it.

The Side door Nurses are all wired up to one set of wires, and the ones in the front are hooked up via a Molex connector to make it removable easily.
The Power source is a D Cell battery in a holder Zip Tied next to the PSU. from what I figure a D Cell should last many months.
I tried to get it so they were powered off a 5v run from a PSU but I had no luck finding a cheap and easy solution for that.
