System noise is a somewhat subjective topic, as I have no equipment for testing noise levels. With the fans at max speed, the system is pretty typical for an overclocker's system. With the fan's turned all the way down, the case is noticeably quieter than the AquaXtreme I was previously using. I typically leave the case fans turned down and turn the radiator's fans up about halfway to try and maintain low water temps. The above testing was conducted at that fan setting. At that setting, the whir of the HDD can still be heard over the fans, so the system's noise levels are well within my "comfort zone".
One comment about vibration should be made. When I first put the system together, the pump would cause the side panels to vibrate. I used some electrical tape on the frame where the side panels come in contact, and all vibration noise disappeared.

Conclusions and Suggestions

For the most part, I am pretty pleased with the outcome of this project. It really feels pretty complete, and it is the first case that I think I can basically leave alone. There are a couple of upgrades that I am considering (of course), and so I thought that they were worth mentioning. First of all is the filling system. The T location made it easy to prime the pump, but took a long time to bleed. I am toying with an air trap on the outlet of the pump; I'll keep you posted on that.
As far as the cooling components are concerned, I was very impressed with the Innovatek blocks and the BI Extreme. Finish and build quality was outstanding on all of the items, and performance was excellent. A bit of a premium is paid for the Innovatek blocks, but the excellent clip and design is in my opinion worth the money. A caveat: I don't recommend the Innovatek block with TBred CPUs. I tried to use a 2200+ Tbred CPU in this system, but I was simply unable to get good temperatures with the Innovatek block. I think that the tiny core just isn't really designed for a block like the Innovatek; it is too hard to get the pressure centered on the TBred core. I am considering either making a custom hold down or just switching to a block that uses all four mounting holes. I will leave you guys with a few pictures of the completed system.

If you made it this far in the article, I hope that you found something useful or interesting. If so, feel free to drop into Chat or the forums for more discussion. I am not yet certain what my next project will be, but I do know that it will involve either phase change or peltiers, and it will NOT fit into a mini/mid case.
