After going to bed at 4:00AM after finishing the electrical system I had a rather sleepless night wondering if 7 days of hard work would pay off. Or it would go down as a failed attempt.
After running the cooling system for 2 hours ( 8am till 10am - when I was supposed to be AT the Lan) I thought it was safe as I didn't see any signs of the coolant leak returning.
So for the next 3 hours I worked my ass off refilling and tune'n the cooling system, mounting the 40Gb ATA100 WD HD.
The sexy green rounded IDE cables and rounded Floppy wire are care of CoolerGuys.com, they are Very nice and accent the cooling lines green :)

I also had to load the OS. Since I wanted a stable OS I loaded Win2K, which took bout 2 hours to do and load all the updates and fixes for it.

At 1:00pm Saturday, 3 hours late for the Lan, the machine was completed:

Pretty isn't it? Its actually pretty hard to tell its liquid cooled except for the fill point on the top. It got a good deal of looks at the Lan from people who initially thought it was just a very well fan cooled machine. The Al. Mesh filters were SO great for this and are from Case Etc.

There was around 45 - 50 people at this Lan, it was fun, I got there late but in time for the CS tourney. IN the bottom pic, the arrow is pointing at ProCooling's Alex ( the News Guru ) :)

The Pump power light comes on when the power switch on the PSU it toggled on. but the power light is for the PC and turns on when the machine turns on.

At the Lan the machine was run steady at 965Mhz and some times at 995 but would hang now and then at that speed in CS. I didn't want to fool with it too much as I was constantly worried about the cooling system. But it ran for 10 hours straight and NEVER had a hiccup. it ran just awesome and impressed me and many people there. Lets go to the next page to see what we can clock this thing to now that its running.
